General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop Just Panther.

2. Contracting parties
The purchase agreement is concluded with:

3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros. Any shipping costs will be shown separately during the order process.

4. Payment
The payment methods offered during the ordering process apply (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal).
Payment is made immediately upon completion of the order.

5th delivery
Delivery is made by our production and shipping partners (e.g. Marketprint) to the delivery address specified by the customer.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Revocation
The separate cancellation policy applies, which is part of these terms and conditions.

8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Place of jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, to the extent permitted by law.
