Our pieces are intentionally cut a little looser to ensure they are modern, comfortable, and versatile. You'll find a detailed size chart on each product page to help you choose the perfect size. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us anytime—we're happy to advise you personally.
2. Returns – How does a return process work?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team first. We will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days of receiving your message. You will then receive clear instructions on how to process your return quickly and easily.
3. Production errors – What to do in case of production errors?
Quality is a core value of our brand. If an item has a manufacturing defect, please send our support team your order number and pictures of the problem. We will immediately find a suitable solution—whether it's a replacement, a refund, or another customer-friendly option.
4. Place of manufacture – Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in carefully selected factories in Turkey. Final finishing takes place in Bavaria, Germany. This allows us to combine high-quality materials with European quality standards and a precise finish that you can feel when you wear them.
