Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Just Panther, email: info@justpanther.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
